We listed the 1st holiday home in Frankston VIC on 26/11/24, it appeared on the booking platforms after 24 hours and had the first booking the following day 28 November with the check-in on the same day. It has minimal vacancy so far.

We got the 2nd apartment in the same complex on 23/05/25. It has a long term tenant who doesn’t want to live elsewhere since it’s close to his work and he likes the complex. He is a superb tenant, we welcome him to stay as long as he wants. So it’s not available for booking.

We have our 3rd one in the same complex on 10/07/26 that will be available to book soon.
