Our company name is Wongeoon Vast Pty Limited.

We listed the 1st holiday home in Frankston VIC on 26/11/24, it appeared on the booking platforms after 24 hours and got the first booking the following day 28 November with the check-in on the same day. It has minimal vacancy so far.

We got the 2nd holiday home on 23/08/25 at the same address and have a long term tenant who doesn’t want to live elsewhere since it’s close to his work and he likes the complex. He is a superb tenant, we welcome him to stay as long as he wants. So it’s not available for booking.

Our 3rd one is a 2 bedroom apartment in the same complex, available to check in from 14/07/26.

Booking

We recommend you to book on booking.com through this link, but you are welcome to book directly from us. Usually the rates are different since we often have promotions on different booking platforms.

Our current rates are $65 per night for one guest in the studio, $115 per night for one guest in the 2 bedroom apartment.

There is a fixed housekeeping fee on each stay, $140 for the studio, $160 for the 2 bedroom apartment.

For each extra guest it’s $15 to be added including child from 2 years old. There is no charge for babies under 2 years old.

Maximum 5 guests in the studio, maximum 8 guests in the 2 bedroom apartment, including children.

We offer cancellation with full refund if your request of cancelation is made more than 5 days before your check-in time. If your booking has 5 days or less before the check-in and there is another booking for the same day(s) with the information we need sent to us before yours that’s not showed on the calendar yet, we will refund you in full or change the date that suits you

4. Number of guests including child age in any
5. Any special need

We will reply to you promptly with the cost and payment instructions.
